There are invisible wounds: disappointment, grief, betrayal, fear, and exhaustion. God does not ignore hidden pain and heals wounds personally, patiently, and thoroughly. Allow God into protected places, highlighting that healing begins where honesty meets faith, and feeling is not forgetting the hurt, but no longer being controlled by it. Name the hurt honestly and tell God specifically where healing is needed emotionally, physically, or spiritually.
